If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you cannot access it or use the System in any other way.

 

1. Limited License. You may access and view the content of the Website and the Request Service from your computer or from any other device and, unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions or on the Request Service, make individual copies or impressions of the Website content for your personal, internal use only. The use of the Website and the services offered on or through the Website or the Request Service are only for your personal, non-commercial use.

 

 

2. Variations of the amount to pay. If the characteristics of the place to be cleaned that you described in the software are different in reality, the price may vary according to the criteria of the authorized person of Eastbay House Cleaning SF.

 

3. Realization of the work. You are subject to the decision made by the members of Eastbay House cleaning Services. Once you submit your information, you will be subject to that criteria. The result of this criterion can result in three cases:

a) Your request is accepted. In this case, you contracted the service effectively and at the established date and time, for the price indicated by the our website, all complaints about cleaning must be done within 24h after the cleaning date, since house cleanliness changes from day to day.

 

b) Your request is postponed. In this case, all data is accepted, except the date and / or time you requested. A representative of Eastbay House cleaning will contact you to inform you and look for a possible completion date.

 

c) Your request is denied. For reasons that all members observe, your request may be canceled. You will receive an email that will indicate that your request could not be accepted. If you do not receive it within 2 days, it also means that your application has been denied.

 

4. Suspension of the service by the user. You can suspend the service only when it is a periodic service and if at least one cleaning has already been done on your property. If your property has not been serviced and you decide to cancel it 24h before service date, you agree to pay 30% of the original cleaning amount. Unless an authorized member of Eastbay House Cleaning SF says otherwise. If you wish to suspend the service and your property has been cleaned at least once, you can cancel the service only by contacting the company.

 

5. Suspension of the service by the company. The company can suspend the service for reserved reasons. To do this, you will be notified that the service has been suspended.

 

6. User information. In the course of your use of the Request Service made available on or through the Website, you may be asked to provide us with certain personalized information (such information hereinafter "User Information"). The use and information collection policie of Eastbay House Cleaning SF with respect to the privacy of said User Information are set forth in the Request Service's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into it as a reference for the purposes of the Request Service.
